Bhupinder is a young mother to 4 year-old son but Bhupinder and her husband Jasvir have struggled to create the life that every parent wishes for their child. Jasvir’s illness has meant that he has not been able to work at all. Their only source of income was from Jasvir’s family’s own small income. Bhupinder, Jasvir and their son were living off just 75p a day, an income so small that Bhupinder often had to go without food.

pinder is training on LifeBuilder’s textile course she will be able to make clothes – giving her a skill which she can use to gain a regular and secure income. Giving her a lifeline out of poverty.
